Some of my regens:

Which ones do you guys think will make it in the big stage and which wont?

Here are some of my regens:

Antonioni - Dont know if this guy will be any good, but he has a great goal scoring record from when he was at Real Madrid so i snapped him up.

Tolba - This guy has the potential to be twice as good as Steven Taylor apparently which isnt bad for 50k!

Dick Cambridge - This guy came up through my ranks and now looks like he could end up being a a pretty good player.

Forster - Lets hope he is as good at defending at he is writing (sorry, a joke on literature...

)

Juliano - This guy could be good i think, not much else to say really.

Mahmoud - This guy has the potential to be as good as michael owen apparently which is always good!

Nick Mitchell - This guy is dubbed the next gary lineker and he came up thorugh my ranks.

Nasu - This guy i got on a free and was immediatly worth over £2.5mill, not bad! Hopefully he will become a class player.

Yokoyama - Again this guy could become something, lets hope so.

Takeuchi - This guy looks like he could possibly turn good as well, and i hope so.

P.S. I have found many Asian regens get to full strength a little later than others (about 21-22), so dont go thinking at the age of 19 theyre not gonna improve much more

has anyone else found that no matter which club they are they struggle to get decent youth players,ive never got a player above 150 no matter who i am.

Brian Mcghee This guy is awesome for me, here is his history (ignore his season at birmingham, they played him at centre mid) History
He doesn't look much but he plays brilliant for me and thats all that matters

I notice all the regen's are brilliant etc etc etc, but can someone pick up regens in the Conference. Is it possible, and if so, is it worthwhile (will they develop with less than perfect facilities etc?)

unfortunately they wont reach their full potential without 5star training and great training facilities.still worth signing them though because you can sell them on for big bucks.
