Last season was a mixture of good and bad. We were very inconsistent in EPL, knocked out of FA Cup quite early, losing games that we could have won and not able to get a point away from home. Although we did make it to the final of Champions League, became the first London-Based club that made it to the final, also managed to break the record for most clean-sheet, with the emergency defence being the hero of it. The win at Bernabeu, Delle Alpi and El-Madrigal brought us to Stade de France, with fate seeming to be going our way, but the strike of Eto’o banished it.
This new season, Henry is staying, a 60,000 seat new stadium, new faces brought in to replace those who left, and our squad looking much younger and fresher and after a limping start to the new season, we finally picked our pace with some good results, notably a 1-0 win over Man Utd. Although injury crisis still hanging over, but things are certainly looking up
Notable Transfers out:
Robert Pires – Villareal
Pascal Cygan – Villareal
Ashley Cole – Chelsea
Jose Antonio Reyes – Real Madrid (loan)
Sol Campbell - Portsmouth
Dennis Bergkamp – Retired
Notable Transfers in:
Tomas Rosicky – Dortmund
William Gallas – Chelsea
Julio Baptista – Real Madrid (loan)
With this young squad left, the challenge is clear in FM 2007. Could you be the one who gives Arsenal their League Title back? And not forgetting Champions League title, and FA Cup as well as Carling Cup title also up for grab! So, come in and discuss your managerial experience with Arsenal!
I personally would recommend playing 4-4-2, although IRL they employed the 4-1-4-1 system as of late. Best starting XI, playing 4-4-2 are:

Lehmann Eboue/Lauren – Toure – Gallas/Djourou – Clichy Hleb/Ljungberg – Gilberto/Flamini – Fabregas – Rosicky Robin Van Persie/Julio Baptista – Thierry Henry

I Would recommend signing one or two GK as backup to Jens, a DL to rotate with Clichy, one or two DC to rotate with Toure and Gallas, a MF especially the one who can play all across the midfield as a handy man. While in my opinion, attacking should be fine with RVP, Julio Baptista, Henry, Adebayor and Theo Walcott all lined up.
I did say wait for full game, however because the first post is very good I will allow club threads to be made aslong as they are of this quality
Nice work
