Hi im sorry if this ios in the wrong part of the forum but i rerad somewherte that you can take staff that put you as favoured personnel with you when you leave your job , how do you get them to put you as favoured and which staff leave??

Sorry for double post, It may be easier to sign staff and players if you are their favoured personnel.

There's no particular way as such. All you can do is approach them once you're at your other club and they should be willing to come to you since they like you.

i started a game as celtic and brought in a french and an italian coach. After about 4 seasons i left for another job, and the next day those two guys quit celtic and the news story said that they were keen to join up with me again at my new job. Is that what you were wondering about?

yeah cheers thats exactly what i was wondering about, nice one, its ju8st cause its took me ages getting all staff i like so would be cool if they left with me.
