I am Liverpool in second season and I'm riding high in th league. However, my star players, Gerrard, Carragher and Torres all have slight concerns about my lack of managerial disciplne.

I'm not sure why as I haven't had many players sent off so had no need to discipline them. Neither have any missed training. I some times say players aren't performing well and if we lose will say I'm angry or disappointed with performance. Where else can I show I'm a very disciplined manager?

Do you complain about refereeing decisions often or continually slate opposing managers in the press?

I bought Zaccardo for Tottenham and within a week he was worried about lack of managerial discipline, its a bit of a joke!!!
