What year are you in?

If it's the opening year, I had Jaime Peters in the Championship who was awsome, and only cost a few-K. Much better than Derby's current crop. Stats aren't brilliant but his determination was pretty high, good pace, dribbling and crossing. Can also use him on the right but he's left footed.

Serghino (Brazilian age 32 at the beginning of the game) is okay and should be affordable. I got him on a free aged 34 and he holds his own in the Prem, but only as a sub.

Loanee at Liverpool reserves, Argentinian kid - can't remember his name off hand as I'm not at home. Stats look good but couldn't get him to drop down divisions even on loan.

Or cott Sinclair on loan from Chelski.

Rodrigo Millar - Chilean AMRLC. Costs about £750k and is quality.

Balazs Dszudzsak - Hungarian AMLC. Will cost about £150k-500k

Birkir Bjarnason - Icelandic AMRL. Free at beginning of January. Although he shouldn't cost too much if he signs a new contract.

it depends how far you are into the game, valencia usually buys him but look up mika aaritalo, he'll be the best player on derby and if he's still playing in the finnish league he'll be really cheap.
