7* Coaches

Dont know if i posted this the right place, but couldn't figure out if this was to be in here or under tactic/training.

My question: I've heard alot about 7* coaches (wich should be the best),but where can u see this?

7* coaches are coaches that can train in certain area with a rating of 7 stars

you cn see it in the training menu.. when you tick a box for say shooting it will show a star rating...

So u cant see the star rating of a coach unless u sign him?

No but you can tell roughly how good he should be you need the follwing stats to get a 7 star coach in a certain area

Your coach must have: tec =18 & att =>18 or
tec =19 & att =>14 or
tec =20 & att =>10

To get 7 stars in SET PIECES
Your coach must have: tec = 17 & men+att =>39or
tec = 18 & men+att =>36 or
tec = 19 & men+att =>33 or
tec = 20 & men+att =>30

Please note '=>' means 'is equal to or greater than'

Am I right in thinking that 7 star training doesn't necessarily equal quality training? Just like players, the coaches have a CA and a PA. So a coach with CA of 120 that gives you 7 stars might not be as effective as a coach with CA of 165 giving you a 6 star training?

Or am I completely wrong on this?

I'm not sure but I think you might be wrong as 7 star coaching is 7 star coaching no matter if it's the coaching of a Man Utd coach or my gold fish's coaching... Then again...

Isn't CA accross the board of all stats? So a coach with all 17s will have a 17 CA but not be 7* in anything.

Also - is there any way to improve coach stats?

coaching stats do rise i think

i started out with 7 star training in gk, strength and fitness like most other

i kept all my coaches and when my stadium expanded i hired others but no seven star coaches

after a year or two i had seven stars in every area with the same coaches and they all were/are rated worldclass

note : some of training were only at three and four stars
