I've never had any need to decrease my Transfer budget to increase the wage budget but, now, coz I am managing Newport Co. in BSS, its mandatory to have a high wage budget coz all the players that I'll be signing will be either on loan or free.

But, whenever I go to budget adjustment page, it only allows me to increase the Transfer Budget instead. How can I increase the WB?

There is an easy way to do it. Just increase your transfer budget as high as it goes, and then adjust budget again and it will let you put money back into wages. You just have to adjust budgets twice.
