Just seen this for the first time. Playing with Cambridge City, my scout founded a 17-year old defender. I didn't offer him contract right away as I wasn't sure about him. After two weeks I got message that Valencia have offered him a contract, so I thought he must be a great prospect and offered him the best I could, £160 p/w.

Now I feel really mad about my self, if I only would have taken him when I could. Who knows what that boy will become.

Agh Now Chelsea offered too, maybe he will not come to me.

Once I found a cracking Estonian DL on a bosman. I put in a bid then Real Madrid signed him and he was then worth 3.4 milion :eek:

I got a 17 yo DR got him on a free and then sold him within a couple of months to Arsenal fora 6-figure sum plus incentivesafterwards by team reverted to being cack

Also with the scouts why do they seem to pick out loads of Irish players as I dont have any Irish staff and the team I am managing are the mighty Billericay Town who are in Essex so why the games thinks we would have loads of Irish coming to us when in the decade or so I have been following the super blues we have had two players for where Northern Irish both internationals
