I would be perfectly happy to keep on scouting what the game throws to me if the regular scouting methods worked.

Those usual ways not working, I've had to think of a way to bypass the bug and still keep it inside the boundaries of the LLM ethos.

I am usualy against bypasses. You have a scout, if he doesn't find anything useful, he doesn't. Sign another. Bypass is only acceptable if you have no scouts IMHO.

For what it's worth, I agree with Giziar's comment about scouting teams that your U18's have played against. Seems realistic that your staff would highlight a good opposition player. It happened to me IRL!

The problem comes when you try to sign any U18's. If the club aren't willing to sell their potential stars for sensible money you will have to pay hefty compensation to sign them!
