I started my game as Weymouth in the ECS with just a coach, physio and scout, plus my first team. I have not one board member.

Could sumone please tell me how I get one, if i is actualy possble to get one that is

Just like to say that this is one of the best challenges I come up against. Currently 12th in League 2 (2006/2007). I hope to be in the Premiership by 2015.

You won't get one unless someone buys the team. IIRC. However, everything will function as normal, so don't worry, you can't avoid getting sacked just because your chairman isn't publically named.
