My first attempt at LLM!
Starting up with FC Tours in the French National. £300,000 in the red. Couple of scouts, the usual backroom staff. Aim to avoid relegation, media rate me slightly higher. All ready to go when I can actually get my skin to work!!!

Question : Is Tours a good side to start my first LLM game with or is there better first-timer teams, not a first timer to FM/CM though.

Alright Shreddie welcome to LLM,

If FC Tours play in the lowest French League then they are fine to start a career in LLM.

If you are in doubt, let Frank guide you to one of the worst teams in any given Country.

Make sure you read the headers and stickies for the forum and enjoy your LLM experience.

You will of course have to adhere to the 3 season posting rule on updates.

Cheers, I am just looking to get my skin to work at the moment let alone get 3 season under my belt! Quite excited of playing with certain guidelines seems much more realistic and much more rewarding way of playing the game if you achieve that is! Grrrrrr got to get my skin working!

You wont be disappointed. It's all too easy taking a big club with loads of money to glory, you get a sense of satisfaction making a rubbish team slightly less rubbish!

Just make sure your game is realistic in the areas you scout and job moves you may make.

My skin doesn't work either. Every time I tell it to cut the grass or take out the rubbish it ignores me.

The National is a fun league. Quite similar to Bundesliga 2 in that with 7 spots going one way or the other, there's plenty of movement in the league. Money isn't bad in the Nat'l, but it isn't great either. So 300k is a significant debt to start with.

Football Manager sorted I am off to give this LLM a go!

Hopefully get my 3 season update sorted in a few weeks!
