Not me, no. I get loads of offers from sides 2 divisions higher withj big budgets. This shouldn't happen so much - that's my gripe.

If you're playing as a foreign based manager, like me (Slovenian), then you don't get that much offers while you are in lower leagues.

Jamie - is it that common for a manager whose only experience is a solitary reasonably good season with a Conf N side to be offered lots of jobs at higher levels? Are Hucknall really that bad that you want to leave after one season?

I think if you have two or three decent seasons, you'll find the balance goes the other way as others have noted.

So, KUTGW and the offers will come.

Total # of job offers in my 2 saves:

7+ seasons in Slovenia with Swi,Aut & Ita loaded as Dutch Manager: 0 (Niente)

Now in my 9th season in Sweden with Nor, Fin, Den & Ice loaded as Dutch Manager: 0 (noll)

So, job offers do come indeed ....

I rule out the odd posibility that I'm just crap ofc.

I'd prefer the lack of recognition. Even when I'm doing crap (which is the norm for me on FM) I tend to get linked with and offered all manner of jobs; usual that of MK Dons comes up the most though.

It's usually too tempting to turn down
