I kinda felt like this when playing CM 03-04 when I had Peterhead into the Champions League. Eventually, those job offers did start coming, and they happened with ridiculous frequency. I do agree that the lack of offers is a bit overdone, but big deal, the only notice that really matters is that your board notices you're doing a decent enough job to not be fired

Barnet are my all time favourite Lower-League team of ALL time. The successes and failures I've had with them over the last few Champ/FM's!!

DAMCYAN, i have been playing with Barnet for a long time now and i am in The Championship with them in 2010 but since i started my stadium has never been expanded at all, is this common or are the board just too stingy
