Yes and no, you should really pick a team from the lowest playable league in the counrty you start with, but if you have a low spec pc that cant take all the English leagues then it's fine.

At the end of the day it's your game and if you think the Conference National is as low as you can go, follow the guide lines and play your game in the LLM spririt, and have fun.
