While reading the forums the other day, i encountered a thread with someone saying they had got older stars to tutor their young players. I thought that this just happened naturally, so where is the option to do this?

Click on the younger player you want to tutor click his playerinteraction and at the bottom there should be a list of linked players choose who you want then click the bit that says he can learn form usually 3 options click one and confirm

when in the young player's profile press player interaction. There you will see some text on the bottom regarding "linked player" change this to who you want the player to be tutored by and then chose one of the three

Tell "youngster name" that you see "pro name" as an ideal role model
Tell "youngster name" that you think he can learn from "pro name"
Tell "youngster name" that he should look to adopt some of "pro name" technique (or something)

and that's how you make a player tutor someone.

so is it really beneficial?, have i been missing out? have potential stars not been as good as they could have been? arghhh
