Well I bought this young striker Spyros Alexandris from Olympiakos for 275K at the age of 18. This kid stayed with my team (Leeds) for 2 seasons and he had turned into a Wonderkid during that period of time. However he had always wanted to move to a bigger club even though my team won back to back promotions and are now in the Premiership. Finally my chairman cracked and forced to accept a bid of 13.8M pounds from Villarreal. Shame coz he has been absolutely immense for me.

I had to buy Aliadiere for 10m to replace him.

At the moment it was picking up a regen goalkeeper called 'Magnus Nilsen' on a free transfer in my current game. For a 20 year old goal-keeper he is way to good to be playing for a team like Matlock in the Blue Square North. :cool:

I've already had a few 200k+ and 50% next sale bids for him, but he is holding it together for me at the moment.

I always buy Modric(Quite well known here), both the Berezutskiy twins and Karim El-Mourabet. All 4 of them would cost around £15 Million in total roughly but oh boy are they performing! Carragher is being kept out of the team by A. Berezutskiy. Modric is keeping our Babel and Mourabet, the youngest of the lot, is playing quite regularly as right back. They havn't disappointed so far.

im afc wimbledon and signed a young left back , hill ,on a free in my second season , he rarely played for me and was no more than a sqaud player , then a 70k bid came in for him and my chairman took the deal into his own hands and accepted , profit of 70k and my finances are now ina very healthy state

i played him for cup games etc and he never excelled , he was a very average prefromer , with 5/6 s , he also picked up a 4 :eek:

signed andy van der meyde for £850k as rangers in the january of the first season played well for me when i did play him. then in the summer fulham came in with a bid of £2m i put it up to £3m they agreed and sold him for a nice wee bit of profit 6 months or so on

This guy Ashley Chambers. Bought him for 200+k and sold for 2.2mil. But guess what, turns out there's this little "percentage of next sale" line in his contract :o

Best reent one is Sandile Baloyi.

Bought from Jomo Cosmos in South Africa for £375k when we were in the Championship.

Four and a half years later, and he's not really made it as a first team reguar.

He will be going to Arsenal at the end of the season for £29m.

I actually have 3 players leaving at the end of the season (al though the other 2 are a bit more important to the team) for a combined total of £90m, who cost me £1.6m in total.
