Is this a bug ?? because every corner i have i ask to go for the penalty area it either goes stright to the edge of the box or near post??

Could have something to do with the corner taker, that's the only thing I could attribute your problem to. Could be he has poor mental and decisions attributes. Who are you using as your corner takers? Try a different player and see what happens.

I personally prefer not to have a "set" corner routine. Generally, going with "mixed", but getting players to go into offensive corner positions works best for me.

my corner taker is riqulme and his corners are 20 desisions are 18 and crossing 19

There's a thread on the tactics & training forum about corners. Can't remember the title I'm afraid, but it seems that since 8.0.1 patch, near post corners don't have the same affect, and more people seems to succeed having players loaded on the back post.
