I'm doing quite nicely in my game as Liverpool, in spring 2010 and on target for the Prem and in the CL still this season.
However, my assistant (Pako Ayesteran) and 1st team coach (Fransciso Seirul.lo)'s contracts are up in the summer and both want more than the board will let me pay - £26k per week vs £15k for Pako and £11.5k vs 10.5k for Francisco.
Now the board have been nagging me about overdraft all season but I'm well within my transfer and wage budgets.
If I lose Pako it's not the end of the world and frankly £26k per week is pretty steep. But FS is one of the only 3 7* coaches for set pieces I can find and I don't wanna lose him.
Go to your board and make a budget adjustment allowing more wages using your remaining transfer money.
You have to be careful about the overdraft because being within budget doesn't mean anything and you will usually continue to lose money on wages unless you reduce the amount being spent considerably.
