hi, just have a couple of things to ask, see if anyone can offer any advice. don't worry, i'm not complaining, just looking for help.

1. have found an assistant manager i really would like to bring in, pako ayestaran (sorry if wrong spelling). he is unemployed and i offered him a position (assistant manager) that he is suppose to be. this was at chelsea, yet he said it would take a very large offer. so i offered the best terms i could yet he rejected me. is this because i already have an assistant manager? i'm sure i've seen clubs with more than one. so is there anyway to convince players/staff to join you, when realistically, there is no reason they wouldn't?

2. also with chelsea, abramovich accepted on my behalf a bid of around 10m for mikel. why would he do that? not like we needed the cash. is there anyway to stop this?

3. when i transfer list a player, or just have a team come in for someone, they always start by asking how much i want. yet no matter what i say, even if ask for the price i listed them at, the other club says they are not interested. whats the best response to say to a club who asks how much you want?

sorry, one more.

when i change the value of a player, then want to put them back to their 'natural' value, is there a way to do this?

on older versions of cm i played, you could keep the price at the valuation of the player. doesnt seem to be an option for this.

e.g mikel valued at 6m
i put it up to 10m when a club asked about him.
they said no.
so i want to put him back to his current valuation.
if i do this, then his value changes, will the asking price change as well or remain the same?

Maybe Chelski is listed on his "Disliked Teams" in his hidden attributes?
With him being Ex-Liverpool and what-not.

1. If you already have one there's no need for another.

2. Unforotunately there's no stopping this, just offer him a new contract and hope for the best.

3. Put it in monthly installmants, you wont get the cash right away but in general you can get more this way.

i know i dont need more than one ass man, but if pako had signed then the other would have been sent packing. but don't want to sack current ass man in case i can't easily sign an able replacement.

more so, the point in the question is still, why wouldn't he be interested? i tried it with everton too. again, maybe he dislikes them as ex-liverpool, plus i have seen people on an everton thread recommend him. wondered if maybe i was doing something wrong
