I have a question for you all: WHERE can I find the tutoring suggestions from my coaches? Maybe it's just that my older players are not good tutors, but I haven't find any suggestion in 12 seasons. Surely it's because I don't know where to find it.

Xouman, it's in the coaches' reports, where the report talks about training. You are only going to see it for young players, who are eligible for tutoring. Also, there is only going to be one or zero coaches commenting on tutoring possibilities, so you have to look through all reports.

That's true in most cases, but if you're playing as Man Utd, don't listen to Carlos Quieroz (sp?) - as every player he suggested to tutor youngsters, the youngsters always ended up complaining

Err...what type of tutor (personality) would be good to tutor an ambitious player?

This player is a defender; problem is most defenders in my team are either determined, ligh-hearted or leaders

And back to my other post, would it be good to get someone who's "spirited" or "driven" to tutor someone?
