I know theres a shortlist for players but I was wondering whether adding a shortlist for staff is a good idea? What to people think?

You might ask why?

example-
I wanted to buy a coach but he just signed for his new club. So he's not interested, but he's the best coach.
I look for him again in a years time, he's gone to another team.
If I had a shortlist for staff, and knew when he was being approached I would been able to sign him.

This is a feature i've often wished was on the game too!!

would be easily added to the game i imagine aswell!

A feature I would love too - normally I look at 2 or 3 people (after narrowing it down) when hiring new staff and would like to be able to get to them easily after I have continued, without having to search for them every time.
