I noticed that every one just has a "general" training schedule, do you tweak it to what you would like him to train for or should you just leave it so he can gain increasements in every department?

I find it best if you set up specific schedules for different positions. Allowing them to be trained in areas that are benficial to their position. As you don't really need a striker having defensive training.
