Default Setting up friendlies with affiliate clubs
I'm at the end of my first season in charge of Gillingham and I was lucky enough to obtain an affiliate relationship with Arsenal. Part of this relationship is that I will host an annual friendly with Arsenal, and keep the gate receipts, but they keep rejecting me.

What can I do to get them to honour this arrangement and play the damn friendly?

If it helps, It's currently 15 June 2008, so it's still technically the 07/08 season, but I'm trying to arrange the friendlies for next season.

Usually, the parent club asks the feeder for a friendly match. And chances are, it'll be against their reserves, rather than their first team.
