Now i know that some of you will say 'It All Depends On You' but in this case im really confused.
As much as i enjoy playing, i'd like to find a team i can stay with, and really get into.
- I tried playing with the team i support, Arsenal, which is great except after 2 or 3 seasons the team is no longer the team i support, its a team of new players i have purchased and many of my current favourite players have been sold.
- My local team, League 1 Southend United, which again is great but after 4 or 5 seasons once there at that comftable position in the Championship it seems pointless trying to get them to the premiership, because im not using the players that are my local team, but players i've bought to help me get to where i am.
- Chelsea, one of my hated teams yet they have a lot of cash, and im not worried about selling any of there players. But once you've spent the 50Million pound transfer budget, it just seems to lack any interest.
- National Team, the only team i'd ever be is my home country Northern ireland, but as hard as it is for me to say, i just cant get them to be a dominant force in World Football, after 12 years the best i'd done was a 4th place in the 2012 European Championship qualifiers.
So yeah, just wondering if there are any reccomendations out there?
It's a tough one. I just randomly decided to manage Bayern Munich a while back and now any time I start a new game I can't pick anyone else.
It's not a bad challenge, although the cups and league aren't the best, your main rivals have young gifted squads. Also you have the potential to make big money and revive a sleeping giant in Europe. It is easier said than done though because you will see players leave every summer as bigger clubs in better leagues come in for them.
If you like bringing youth through and being a top team that isn't really as good as it used to be then Bayern are a must.
have you tryed doing one of the challenges? or you might want to run a sign-up game, where you manage the team. I find things like that extrememly fun although they can be quite challenging.

One of the best things you could do in this situation is start the game unemployed and see who bites first. Take the job on and see where you can get them. If you just say yes to the first team that offers you the job, you won't know the players anwyay so you won't be worried about the team changing.
