Don't offer him that contract! Its an error, go out of screen then go back otherwise that guy will vanish!

This occurrence is usually preceded by an "array access out of bounds" error.

Thankfully this hasn't happened to me on FM08 yet, but when it happened on FM07, I would save the game, quit FM, reload FM and then all would be fine.

I offered him the contract, and then offered him another which was back to normal. He signed and he's still there

I've had it once on the new FM! I just go back and then offer contract again and all is fine (to save you time)

The 129/177 is his CA/PA, he has the Mini Scout loaded next to it so im thinking that shows up beside each players name
