Just played Chelsea in the league. (I'm Middlesbrough by the way). They were unbeaten in 10 games and I hadnt won for 4.

So guess what happens??? Yeah the thread title kinda gives the game away....but my Gk scored!!!

Not a penalty! I haven't moved him up front as a joke! From a kick from his hands, from one box to the other, and over the head of Petr Cech!!

I won 2-1 in the end....but more importantly MY GK SCORED!!!

I only need to see a Gk sent off now and I have seen it all.

Is this extremely rare...or have, as I suspect, many others had Gk's score??

I saved the match, but dont know how to post it otherwise I would, cus I know I'm gonna get...you cheated etc. etc!!!

I remember my Gk scoring in FM05 i think it was. Went straight over Nicky Weaver's head.

Still lost the game but was a highlight of the season

That's a very valid point. I have never seen this happen and i've been playing since CM97/98.

My goalie scored from our box once. it bounced in front and over their goalie and went in. League One game i think it was

I've only had the opposition goalie score from a corner against me in all these years.

In Champ Man 96/97 I signed Simon Royce for my Millwall team and he scored the equaliser in the 90th minute in a 4-4 against Southend or Tottenham (I forget which). I'd put him up front in the 89th minute. Genius. :cool:

i've seen keeper sent off twice already. one is foul inside box, one is outside.
