When i create player pics using photoshop how do i put a black border around the edges of my pictures?

open your photos in photoshop,then use the rectangular tool(m) and mark the out side of the pic in a perfect square.This is simple if you have saved it as 95x95.
Next,go to edit,then stroke and you need 1px in width,location centre,mode normal and oppacity 100 and press ok .Then you save it,simple as that mate.I couldnt work it out at first myself but when you do it a couple of times it is easy.
