Sorry guys I can only help with the colours - was happy with fonts.

Go to Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\settings here you'll se a file 'fm colours' open it with notepad, you should then see;



The top 4 in the 'Profile attribute colours' Low. Normal, Good, Excellent are were you change the numbers to get your new colours. The numbers in the above example are what I've changed mine to and look like this in the game;
