something less annoying

Can anyone do me a step-by-step guide to adding these graphics that people are uploading to my game?

um....step by step....here goes;(this may be completeley wrong, i believe it to be correct. I'm sure one of the more experienced guys will help me out)
1. go to my documents, sports interactive, football manager 2007
2. create a folder named "graphics" here
3. put your graphics into this folder (the folder containing the pictures along with the config file)
4. when you play FM2007, go to prefrences,display and sound, and UNTICK "use skin cache"
5. you may need to restart your game for changes to take effect

the file named config.xml which should be in the same folder as all the pics.

alt. you can go to cdocuments and settings\........\application data\sports interactive\cache and delete the contents of that folder so the game will automatically reload the skin cache at startup.

It is a good idea to leave 'use skin cache' option ticked.
