Facepacks Instalation For A Newbie!

brand new to the FM series although i was a die hard championship manager fan, havent really played a game since the split etc...anyway, just downloaded a EPL facepack and it has not worked even though ive extracted it too pictures.
sorry if this has been asked, just looking for a quick solution from somebody who knows more than me!

I tried to install face packs and kit packs and none worked.Installed all into correct folders so im on same boat as you m8.

Go into your game, Options, Preferences, display and sound.

Make sure the "Use Skin Cache" is NOT ticked. Then tick Always Reload Skin then press confirm. Your stuff should appear after that.

If i was you, id move the files to My Documents/Sports Interactive/graphics then make folders from there to organize as they will still work and are safe from future patches
