I've downloaded this editor patch, and am having difficulty applying it. I can change data for a club, for example preston. changed cash to 2 billion, transfer to 300 mil. when i load the game the changes havn't worked. can anyone help with this? Is it not possible to give smaller teams abromovich style funds?

All changes to the game have to be confirmed in FMM by clicking on "save" and will only take effect after you hit "continue" in the FM game. This may be the problem

I think your problem has something to do with hardcoded aspects of the game.

If you play with a club like preston, the game will simply not allow for you to have a bank balance of 2.000.000.000. That doesn't mean it is impossible. But you will have to edit some other things as well: you'll need a major stadium, you have to up your reputation to at least 9000, you'll need a huge population in preston, etc...

Now I don't know if this is also the case with FMM, but I know the official editor will not allow you to have these kinds of funds if you're not a major rep team.
