i tried it for a laugh...didnt work though, his stats were all 16's ( yes CA and PA were at 200 each) but they never topped the 16

has anyone ever been able to create a ''perfect'' player??

Tried, but still failing. I tried to work out the maximum points you have to spread through all the attributes, but haven't sussed it out yet. Then all you'd need is which stats essential for which positin, so you get a 100% rating on genie scout. Then i think you cracked it.
Tell you what i'd like to know though, what would the stats be for the football greats like Pele, Marradona, Best etc. then you could compare the players you are looking at with the all time greats.
