I've created a new club and a new coach with 20 attacking attibute. Why he get a 5 star rating in youth training and only 3 star in senior? I only assigned him to train attacking.

And this happens only in new created club. When I move that coach to a build-in club, he got 5 star rating in both senior and youth training.

Anybody know why?

well, i have state of art youth facilities and academy. The problem is coaches were rated much lower in senior training than in youth training.

I prefer to have both amazing youth and senior players.

Hi 3 x none,

I have had the same problem as you, except I created the club in the editor and not the coach.

I noticed a difference of 2 stars between my youth and normal training, so I just ignored it and when the next month's training report came up I checked it again and both were on 5 stars.
Maybe if you try the same it might sort itself out for you as well.

Sorry to hear that.

The only other possible solution that I can offer you is to change the coach'es training for one week.
Change his training to something that does not have 5 stars for a week and then change his training back to the 5 star and see if that works.
