I don't know myself, but michaelfoster that did Weegie update did it himself, that's how he made Gibraltar.

Yeah be interesting to know how he did it unless he just used one of the redundent nations on the game.

yes i wud like to do this as well. as i made a nation for my geography assesment. and i think it would be quite funny to reproduce as it had a large amount of drug references.

Foster said he didn't edit over another nation. I want to make my own country as well. I couldn't take over Gibraltar when it was done, so I'm guessing if I make my own, I won't be able to take them over.

you could but they need atleast 40 player from that nation to become active

Actually I implemented Gibraltar in the weegie update... foster wouldn't have a clue where to start! lol.

It can be done by editing CIS (a nation not required as they have no history), currently you cannot set a langauge for a country though so it seems to default to some arabic langauge?

Use one of the obsecure nations that speak the language you prefer, I used Antigua(sp?) for mine.

i have tried the game using redundent nations like. the soviet union. and yugoslavia.

i didnt think it was necessary to post another topic for this, but,
i've redone CIS to become Paradise Island,
they have 40 players, half of which arent contracted to clubs, but still, it should work, right?

well.
i can get them ingame, but i can't manage them.
does anyone know how i can manage them? because they're in the euro 2008 qualifiers.
