I play a three centre backs, and barrow the centre-most one away from home. I'm playing with Arsenal too.
At home, all of the defenders are on the same mentality, 8 notches of closing down and little creative freedom. Away, the barrowed centre back is on loose zonal marking and 4 closing down, while the other two remain the same and on tight man marking.
Works pretty well with my Arsenal team. Touré, Gallas and Senderos are my main men, though I bought Curtis Davies to play the central role too and he's a beast.
I play 3-2-2-3 (two wingbacks rather than out-and-out side midfielders).
