Default Training for a new position

Hey guys, am kinda lost on how to train someone who is a left sided player so he can play on the right side, can anyone please tell me how to do this?

tried a search?

well its just a matter of going to the player's overview screen (where the ass. man gives an opinion on the player) and there is an option to change the player's position.

have you considered that he may not be very effective on the RHS (being a leftie). maybe training shooting or technique will help improve his right foot
