Hi FM fans.

I dont use Closing Down on my GK. For some reason I belive he can be dragged out of position.

But: I have been thinking that some closing down could be helpful when rushing out is needed, f.ex after a loose ball.

Any tips on this how you do it?

For information I have 1 in CD on my GK & CD's, 15 on all others, a global setting. Works wonders for me.

He has no ability on the Right Midfielder position, and I would like him to be at least competent there. If I start a new side, he will loose the gained position on AMR?

How long should he stay on training to never loose the new side gained?

it depends on how you want your GK to play - if you have high defensive line and want your keeper to play as a sweeper keeper high closing down is good so he can come ant cut out through ball over the top etc.

if you have a deeper defensive line and want your keeper to basically stay on his line lower closing down is better
