I use a training schedule which nearly all players are happy with and are improving gradually.

However, two players are 'Unhappy with high training workload' and their stats are decreasing.

Are 'Unhappy with high training workload' and a stats decrease linked, and if I lower the workload should their stats increase again?

if i were u i would get rid of em cause they are probably the type of players who always moan
i mean you dont see all your others moaning do u

I've wondered similar things too. I have a fairly professional player with a work rate of 18 and he's griping about his below medium workload.
