Hello!I'm playing with a low division romanian club Delta Tulcea.All my players have good quality,except one-my central defender.He's weakest link in my team,and i have no substitution for him.What you think should I do.at least he to not make mistakes?

make sure his creative freedom is very low and maybe drop your defensive line slightly to make it more solid at the back.

you could try and get a new player in on loan, maybe from a bigger teams reserves.

whs basically, and make sure you give this man as little to do as possible - e.g put every instruction for him on rarely have him on very low closing down and also match him up against the oppositions weakest striker
