No it's not like that. I find your result on the physical thing very useful. I will set my physical training bar on middle of medium. I will try that.
As for composure and concentration, good luck with the project. I am having the same question as you.
Freekicks? One name comes to mind: Chilavert. Other than that, I am not too familiar..

Well after changing my Gk composure to 1 for the rest of the season there has not been one situation where made a mistake .
I sure now that composure only "kick in" when you are infront of the goal, either alone vs the opponent keeper( one on ones) or where the striker just have to score (you know those sitiuations where hes total free in from of the goal )

Here is another one : GK3
I think Technique, first touch, passing and decisions are alot more important for a GK when hes under pressure ( My Gk got 17 decisions 12 technique and 11 first touch and 12 passing)

I hope you appreciate my testing..
My conclution is ; there is no need to train a GK in "shooting" or " defence" since they do not need composure or concentraion.
If you have experienced something else pls let me know...

If im right..why did SI give most top goalkeepers a high value in Concentration and Composure, whne it mean nothing for them?

I have also been wondering about how important strenght training is for a GK?
"Strength is an important issue when challenging for the ball, so you’ll be keen to have a fair few players in your side who can mix it when the going gets rough. Tackling, Jumping and Marking are augmented by Strength and you will find that stronger players don’t give away fouls so often as they can generally muscle players off the ball instead of having to slide in."
- But how often do you see the GK tackle an opponents player? not that commen right..
Stamina and natural fitness around is 10 is fine tbh; my keeper is always 97-99% fit before all matches.
Im testing this right now while typing..gave the gk 1 strenght to see if it matters..will report back.
