The team i have is fairly consistent especially at home, winning most matches comfortably, dominating possesion creating many chances and defending very well.
My away form isnt bad and i mostly manage a tight win/draw, but dont dominate games as much as i like, and i give the opposition many more chances than i would at home!
I know i won't be able to dominate like i do at home but i feel i could do more than i am currently.
How can i alter my tactic as to not give the opposition as many chances?
My formation:
4-4-2
Team:
Attacking, normal creative freedom, slow tempo, short passing, narrow width, slightly high mixed closing down, a notch above deep defensive line, passing through the middle.
Zonal marking, tight marking, playmaker, offside and counter attack!
Player instructions:
Full backs: mentality team (attacking) forward runs, cross ball often.
Centre Backs: Defensive, rarely close down, run with ball often.
Wingers are attacking run with ball and cross often, my full back's like to overlap possibly beace the full backs are on forward runs, the wingers arre not?
I have a defensive player in the middle who does sit in front of the centre halves, the other centrel midfielder is attacking and acts as my playmaker, with free role, high creative freedom, play's through passes.
