Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Hey,
I have this player called Jose Luis Sierra which has perfect attributes in passes and creativity but during game he never delivers the winning passes.
Why is that?
Thanks for your help,
Gabriel (or frenchy)

Should I tell him to keep the ball or to pass at soon he has it?
Should I put him alone in the middle?(knowing that i'am playin with le Havre -->french ligue 2

allow him to hold up the ball.

increased creative freedom and mentality.

you can try removing forward runs so he remains behind the line of attack.

obviously set him to make through passes often

have you selected him as a playmaker?

is the player an amc or mc/dmc?

what is you preferred style of play?

with short passing, your guy will obviously prefer to pass to the nearest available team mate; with direct, you may get the through balls you want, esp if you have target man etc.

ppms have weight as well

there are more things to try
