I wouldn't have created a thread, but I've got quite a few issues I need help with.

The first one is that Gallas and Lehman have fallen out With Van Persie, which is quite a **** situation to have. I was going to replace Lehman anyway, but I wanted to keep Gallas for as long as possible. I guess I want to know what do do with this, are more players going to fall out with Van Persie? Should I replace Gallas and Lehamn, and if so, who with? Or should I just get rid of RVP (something I don't want to do).

If I am going to sell Gallas, how much could I look at getting, and is there a better replacement I could buy for the same amount? Similarly what keepers are worth getting to replace Lehman? And again, who can I replace Van Persie with if it comes to that?

I bought Matias Fernandez (9.5m) and Banega (2.5m) in september along with Saivet, Sakho, Wijnaldum and Dalla Valle (all four for around 1m). I have around 20m to spend, along with the money I get from selling the players above.

Oh, and I can sell Eboue for 16m if needed, but I would prefer to keep him as a rotation player.

I would recommend Barzagli! One of the best DCs in the game however you need to get him quick, since the top teams scramble for him at the start of the game. Apart from that Breno from Sao Paulo he can slot into the best teams right away. David Luiz from Benfica is amazing as well. My keeper at Shakhtar looks like he will be a star - Bogdan Shust

Yeah Barzagli looked fantastic but I didn't sign him because I thought I had a solid enough defence, I didn't realise the team would fall out (and I'm top of the league). He's now playing for Barcelona unfortunately.

I've been looking around and I'd like to sign either Ustari, Ochoa or Akinfeev. I have no idea which one though, I guess I have to balance current ability (I want him to be first choice asap), potential ability (but they are all pretty similar) and then cost (I can't sell Lehman for much so this is quite important).

Akinfeev seems to go for nothing less than 15m, Ustari has no interest in joining Arsenal according to my scouts and then I have no idea about Ochoa.

How much will each of these players cost and who do you think is the best one to go for?

I actually have Ochoa on my team, I swap between him and Bogdan Shust... Ochoa cost me 15 million euros

I'd sell eboue for that price if he's only a rotation player. As for your little dilemma, buy in akinfeev for 10-15 million, and felipe(udinese) for about 6 million. Bare in mind though that you have Jouhrou(sp?) coming back in January and he's a class act. Try to unsettle Akinfeev, as you'll get him cheaper then. It's not particularly difficult to do as he's only at CSKA.

As for replacing Van Persie, try not to if you can help it, but there's lots of options, but once again, let's not forget that Vela will be back after first season.

Take a look at Cristian Zapata (DC from Udinese) seems to be a top DC ... I had an offer of 21 million accepted. I was playing Shakhtar at the time, and just out of curiosity I wanted to see if he would join... first time when I offered about 95,000 euros a week he rejected so then I made the same bid again gave him 145,000 euros a week and he accepted... I cancelled the transfer though because I did not want to pay one player that much especially when playing in the Ukraine ... Im sure for your Arsenal team he would ask for more reasonable wages

I'll be looking at Zapata and Breno, but how does Micah Richards compare? It seems like he would slot into my defence better than the other two because of his pace. How much would these all cost by the way, around 20m? Also, how much will I be able to sell Gallas for, and will either of these three players be good enough to replace him?

I got rid of Gallas for 17 million to Milan in the January transfer window when I played with Arsenal a couple of weeks ago pre patch... I brought in Micah Richards cost me quite a lot though 30 something million if I remember...

Right now in my Shakhtar game after the first season he seems very unsettled so a more reasonable transfer for him is on the books. Declaring interest in him and complementing his play should unsettle him a bit because after all its Arsenal coming in for him...

In terms of pace ... Zapata has 15 and Richards has 16 so not much difference there. Zapata has better attributes for a defender in my opinion.
