Hello to you all,
I am playing with Ajax, the club known for the best youth academy in the world. However, I am in the year 2018 and for the 11 year period i have produced only 2 quality players, who have established themselves as key players in my squad. There were also 10-15 decent guys for that period, but sooner or later they were deemed not good enough by the coaching staff and later by me. And each year when the youth intake is announced I take a look at the players and the reports my coaches have filed for them. They always say that the player should be released as soon as possible, for every player. Hardly, sometimes there is a player or two who should be 'only' offloaded in the near future. Sometimes there are young players with the potential to become decent ones.
My question is - Is there a way to make a player exceed their potential and when they have the potential to be just decent to make them quality ones or better?
