My right back Marvin Angulo seems to suffer from constant bad morale and I can't figure out why. I'm winning games, he's playing regular first team football, I'm praising and encouraging him, I'm very leniant when he plays rubbish and he doesn't have any kind of 'unhappy' status. What can I do to make him happy?!

i had the same problem with van persie and rosicky cause they kept receiving bids and I would turn them down. After awhile I just gave in and sold them off!

To improve morale i put players in the reserves but keep them on first team duties. It only rarely affects the fitness aspect and because they help the reserves to big wins that in turn improves morale.

If a player only has a year or so left on his contract offer him a lucrative new one!

ALSO make sure if he is a 1st team regular have 'indespendible to club' for his sqaud status.
