thats going to be hard to find but tottenham have quite a few english

An all-English starting XI yes.

Scott Carson, Ryan Taylor, Nicky Shorey, Joleon Lescott, Curtis Davies, James Milner, Ashley Young, Gareth Barry, Nigel Reo-Coker, Gabby Agbonlahor and Luke Moore.

Quite easily achievable with Villa after a season or two. Not a world-beating team, but capable of good cup runs and maybe Europe with some luck.

And West Ham too, Anton, Green, Etheringon, Noble, Zamora, Ashton, Upson, Cole, Bowyer, Dyer, Mulins, McCartney, Parker......All are first team players.

and formerly - Reo-Coker,Harewood, Konchesky etc.
