Plus Lewes is not a huge club or town so if they move they run the risk of losing the small support they have, it would probably be financial death.
| Er not really, Withdean Stadium is in Falmer which is much closer to Lewes than 'Brighton and Hove', its a 10 minute drive, rather than a 40 minute drive to Crawley! Whats better, playing in the Conference at Withdean or playing in the Conference South with no hope of ever getting promoted due to your stadium... :p

Withdean Stadium is, rather unsuprisingly, in Withdean not Falmer. Fingers crossed the new Stadium will be at Falmer, which is indeed very near Lewes.(The council borders actually run through Falmer Village)
The locals at Withdean don't like having the Albion there so I doubt there's anyway they are going to allow another club to play games there.
Have you been reading all the anti-football tosh put about by the Falmer rsidents by any chance?
I still think that having to travel for home games will eventually kill a club Lewes sized.

| At least make some effort to write in English will you. There are many foreign llamas, some of whom don't have English as their native language.
