I'm currently running my first attempt at LLM as Croix De Savoie in the French leagues.

The team starts as semi-professional with all staff and players on part-time contracts. After a few seasons all players and staff are now full-time but the team is still semi-professional.

Does anyone know whether it is possible to turn the a team from semi-professional to professional and if it even makes a difference. My thought was that it may be easier to attract players if the team is professional.

Spain: Professional the season after your first promotion to Primera Division.

Anyway, Pro status is overrated. All I got were tons of taxes to pay when my teams turned Pro.
