Currently in my 9th season in charge of Margate. After nine hard seasons in charge I have managed to guide them to the championship. After reaching the playoffs last season (losing in the semi's).
Im seriously starting to struggle. Still only have a 6000 cap. stadium (only 600 seats) thus a low wage bill which is starting to take its tole. I have 14-16 very good players but the rest are below the league standard. Currently only mid table when I should be pushing for automatic prom.
Does anyone have any tips to lower the wage bill or gain a larger wage budget? If I force the club into debt will they take out a loan? Get my board to extend the stadium? Or is there anyway to keep injuries to a min?
On a lighter note, this is the first time I have tried LLM and I have found it very rewarding. Also made me a far better manager! I also thought you guys (in a respectful way

) were crazy to take on the challenge of taking a Con North/South team all the way to the top!
