Im managing three teams at the moment its a bit of a tendency I like a bit of variation. All three teams are in different leagues. The teams are Hinckley in Conference North, San Marino C2/C, and Beillese in C2/B. I think these are the right!!(but I didnt get promoted in first season with any team). I now have five players in the San Marino squad. and 2 from other club and the rest are GREY.

What? Now you are going to tell me that managing three LL clubs (2 from same nation) is forbidden?! 
What should my other two personalitites do?

There's no way around your club scouts doing the work, Julian, and I empathise with the inability to move players from the U21.
